Shinohara Shiko Ltd. (hereinafter “our company”) retains the personal information of our customers in providing our services. Our company complies with the laws and regulations related to personal information and handles personal information in an appropriate manner.

4. On the entrustment of personal information

5. On the provision of personal information to third parties

Except when established by laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law, our company will not provide personal information to a third party without first obtaining the consent of the person concerned.

6. On the disclosure and revision of personal information

When the person concerned requests the disclosure of his or her own personal information, our company will disclose it promptly. When doing so, we will not disclose it if we cannot confirm that the request came from the person concerned. If there is an error in the content of the personal information or the person concerned requests revisions, additions, or deletions, we will handle these requests promptly upon examination. When doing so, we will not comply with these requests if we cannot confirm that the request came from the person concerned.

7. Organization and structure

Our company holds Keisuke Shinohara in charge of the management of personal information and we enforce the appropriate management of personal information, continuously implementing improvements.

The content of this policy is subject to change. Revisions to this policy will go into effect the moment they are posted on this site unless otherwise established by our office.
